Troubleshooting Configuration

Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Printer Properties -> Port, check if the currently enabled port is "Standard TCP/IP Port". If not (for example, if it is EpsonNet Print Port), click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, and follow the prompts to add and enable it.
